Tracking our skiing in Mürren with SKITUDE

Skitude are available for ski resorts with both summer and winter mode.

Under Februari testade vi vår skitude app i grannbyn Mürren med start vid Winteregg där du finner den första liften som tar dig upp i Mürren-systemet. Vid vinteregg finns förutom tågstation och lift, en fantastisk restaurang som ofta har solbelyst terass vid vackert väder. Perfekt för att inta dagens lunch på.

Vi valde en kortare tur i Mürren-systemet. Först tog vi liften upp från Winteregg, därefter backarna ned mot liften, Allmiboden. Därifrån nedfart 21 till sittliften i Schiltgrat och härlig skidåkning utmed en klippkant ned mot Gimmeln och vidare ned till Mürren by.

Skitude erbjuder enkel hantering i din mobiltelefon under skidåkningen. Tracka din skidåkning, ta bilder via appen, hur många höjdmeter, vilken distans har du tillryggalagt? Du kan också delta i tävlingar via din app och kanske bli vinnare i dubbel bemärkelse.

Fullt utvecklad ski resort-app kan dessutom erbjuda interaktiv 3-D karta som ger en bättre översikt över skidbackar, vilka backar som är pistade, köp av skidpass via appen, boka bord på favoritrestaurangen och få push up meddelanden om aktiviteter, erbjudanden på din skidort.

During February we tested our skitude app in the neighboring village of Mürren starting at Winteregg where you will find the first ski lift that takes you up to the Mürren system. At Winteregg there is except from a train station and lift, a fantastic restaurant that often have sunlight on the terrace in good weather. Perfect to take lunch at.

We chose a shorter tour in the Mürren system. First we took the lift up from Winteregg, then slopes down towards the lift, Allmiboden. From there, the slope 21 to the chairlift in Schiltgrat and great skiing along a cliff edge down towards Gimmeln and further down to the Mürren village.

Skitude provides easy management of your mobile phone while skiing. Track your skiing, take photos through the app, how many meters of altitude,  distance have you covered? You can also participate in contests via your app and maybe win in a double sense.
Fully developed ski resort app can also offer interactive 3-D map that provides a better overview of the ski slopes, the slopes are pisted, purchase of ski passes through the app, book a table at the favorite restaurant and get push-up messages about activities, offers at your favorite ski resort and much more.
